  Women Work Out: The 5 Rs Rule This week, my rec center is overflowed with new faces. It's that post-New Year's frenzy that sends everybody to the exercise centers to attempt to satisfy that subtle yet consistently essential objective of the New Year: get fitter and get into shape.
